Wether you’re someone who is looking for an uptempo aerobics routine every week or you’re an athlete who needs to take that first step a second faster or that vertical leap an inch higher our trainers will ensure that you achieve your goals.
Each session of water aerobics takes place in an enjoyable atmosphere without testing deep waters. Training at a moderate pace to just raise heart rate levels up, burning fat, losing weight and helping you feel great as you do it! Exercising in the water is aerobic and also strength-training oriented due to the water resistance. Moving your body through the water creates a resistance that will activate muscle groups. Classes are only available for participants older than 16 years of age. As with all of our fitness and training programs, we strongly suggest seeing a physician before joining any physical activities.
For the athletes who want to bring their performance to the next level! Focusing on aerobic endurance, resistance training at a high intense pace. The participant uses movements in waist deep water minimizing joint stress while stimulating muscle contractions at the core and lower body. Repetition in movements while in an aquatic environment shock muscle memory, training different areas that aren’t trained while on land.
